Mandy, Piano and Voice Tutor
Mandy is a very experienced and enthusiastic piano and vocal teacher, with all age groups and abilities, from 5 years old to 90 years! She encourages all styles of music, Classical, Pop, Rock, Folk and Jazz and likes to bring out her students tendencies and let them follow their dreams! She can also provide structured pathways to exams and will enter students for ABRSM /Trinity exams, along with composition work, music theory and songwriting skills.
Mandy has performed as a Jazz vocalist for the last 18 years locally in Sussex and has been in various bands as a keyboardist. As a vocal teacher she aims to find her student's unique voice and lead them to a style of singing that reflects who they are and what they are aspiring to. She believes that music is for everyone and is always keen to share her knowledge and see young people inspired to follow their creativity .
Music is a life long journey and many of her students study with her throughout their school years , branching out into different genres and skills. She can also provide support through GCSE and A level music, in particular with the performance aspects .

Grade 8 Pianist with 20 years private teaching experience
18 years experience of live performance in various settings
Has many years experience of entering students for ABRSM /Trinity Classical Piano and Jazz exams.
Has entered students for Rock School and Trinity Rock/Pop Vocal exams up to Grade 8 .
Lessons can include theory , composition and song-writing skills.
As with all our tutors, Mandy is fully DBS certified.
