Louise Hack, Academic Tutor
Louise was born in Sussex and ever since she was a little girl knew she wanted to be a teacher. She trained at the University of Brighton and received her degree specialising in Early Years education. Louise has been a passionate and enthusiastic teacher for the last 20 years and has worked in various primary and infant schools in East and West Sussex taking on many different roles including Early Years lead, Deputy Head and Head of School. She has also been an Early Years literacy consultant, worked as a visiting lecturer and even travelled to the Himalayas to teach!
Louise loves to explore how different children learn and likes to motivate all children by engaging them through active, creative and exciting learning experiences.
Louise is now starting an exciting adventure in to the world of messy/ sensory play and will be running sessions across Mid Sussex for parents and their children to play, explore, learn and have fun.
In her spare time, Louise has an extra passion for being outdoors whether it is walking her energetic dog, gardening or working on her allotment. She is also kept busy and on her toes by her niece and nephews who are full of energy and ready for fun Auntie Lou!
